Before you shop for satellite television service, there are
a couple key factors that can save you time, and a whole lot
of money. If you’re searching for the best satellite TV
service deal, you can narrow your search down to only two
providers which are DirecTV and Dish Network.
I know there are many satellite TV retailers you can shop
from online, but one thing many people tend to overlook is
the fact that direct deals of either Dish Network or DirecTV
will always be the same, while special incentives or
promotional offers may vary between retailers.
You can think of DirecTV or Dish Network as satellite TV
service providers, while those companies who sell Dish
Network and DirecTV as satellite TV retailers. Not many
retailers offer additional satellite TV deals other than
what is offered by the satellite providers themselves.
Unless you are looking for an extra freebie offered by a
retailer, that isn’t offered by Dish Network or DirecTV, you
are pretty much wasting your time. Only a couple of
satellite TV retailers offer such extras like a free iPod or
home theater system. These days, those additional offers are
rare.
The main thing to keep in mind when shopping for satellite
TV is the bottom line package deal and promotions
offered directly from the source or satellite television
provider. Promotional offers for satellite TV are nice, but
you may want to consider the cost of service after the
promotional period is up.
The cheapest satellite TV service by far is Dish Network.
Dish Network’s current promotional offer, which is subject
to change at anytime, allows you to purchase a programming
package for the price of the next lowest package price for
ten months, and packages like America’s top 60 only go up
ten dollars after the promotion.
DirecTV’s cheapest programming package is more than double
the price of Dish Network’s America’s top 60 at the
promotional rate, and about fifteen dollars more at regular
price, but also provides more than double the channels.
Adding more channels to your lineup tends to be slightly
cheaper with Dish Network too.
Another factor to consider when ordering satellite TV
service is the hardware or satellite TV equipment. While
both DirecTV and Dish Network offer free DVR and HDTV
receiver upgrades, most Dish Network retailers bring the
equipment with them at the scheduled installation time,
while most DirecTV retailers ship the equipment and the
installer shows up later.
Some DirecTV retailers offer free shipping after a mail-in
rebate, but Dish Network retailers often have no shipping
charge at all. Ordering from DirecTV can sometimes lead to
shipping fees and possible complications during
installation, which most Dish Network retailers seem to
avoid by bringing the equipment with them.
You’ll need to have good credit to get free receivers from
both DirecTV and Dish Network; However those with bad credit
can still get satellite television service with Dish Network
by paying 150 dollars for a receiver which powers two rooms
or 200 dollars for two satellite TV receivers which is
normally refunded in increments of 5 dollars.
Both Dish Network and DirecTV offer local channels for an
additional 3 to 5 dollars plus pay per view or premium movie
packages as add ons to your basic satellite TV programming
package. While HDTV receivers are provided by both companies
as a free upgrade, both charge extra for HD programming.
In closing, just remember there is no difference in
satellite TV deals from the providers themselves, only the
retailers. Save yourself some time and a headache by finding
out what the Dish Network and DirecTV bottom line deals are,
then go ahead and look for extra freebies from other
satellite TV retailers.

The more people grow old, the more their physical shape starts to decrease, and problems with bones, joints and ligaments may appear. It is a matter of great importance to ensure a healthy body balance before any of these might happen, and a good choice is consuming liquid vitamins.
Liquid Life Joint Care with Collagen is ideal to support ligament, tendon and joint functions. It is a perfect mixture of ingredients which contribute to the increasing of the connective tissue which joints and bones need in order to be strong and painless. An amount of one or two ounces of this product consumed daily gives the body the specific support it needs.
This product contains essential nutrients combined in a perfect way to positively affect the functions of one?s body by aiming specifically at any possible disorder: Glucosamine Sulphate (1000mg), Chondroitin Sulphate (800mg), MSM (500mg), Vitamin C (200mg), Collagen (50mg), Aloe Vera (10mg) and others.
Collagen is the main important component of cartilage, tendons, ligaments, bone and teeth. Usually sold as a joint mobility supplement, collagen is used as main ingredient in Liquid Life Joint Care with Collagen along with other nutrients which emphasize its properties.
Glucosamine is an ingredient which is recommended in the treatment of osteoarthritis, as it can ease pain by rehabilitating cartilage and renewing the synovial fluid which is so necessary for the proper functioning of the joints. Each individual is capable of producing a specific amount of glucosamine within his body. But when people grow older, this capacity is decreased so the natural thing to do in order to maintain the glucosamine average in their body is to take it as a supplement. The absorption rate and bio-availability of the glucosamine in pills is significantly less than in its liquid form, so Liquid Life Joint Care with Collagen makes the perfect solution.
Chondriotin Sulphate represents the major constituent of cartilage. It is responsible with providing structure, water and nutrients to the joints. One of the most amazing properties of chondriotin is that it allows nutrients to move through cartilage, thus making them go to specific damaged areas to repair them.
MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane) ? MSM is a white odorless crystalline material which is the main supplier of bio-available form of sulphur, an essential element in maintaining several body functions. It is the ingredient which is responsible for the flexible bond that exists between cells, including those placed in the joints and ligaments. The body never ceases producing cells, so the sulphur contained in this product is absolutely necessary to everybody.
The C Vitamin contained by Liquid Life Joint Care with Collagen is very important in the collagen forming process, the protein that gives structure to bones and cartilage. It is also an antioxidant vitamin.
Aloe Vera extracts contain various vitamins and minerals, amino acids and enzymes which may be anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial. When taken internally, it helps speed and improve general bone and joint healing by alleviating rheumatism or arthritis.
One or two ounces of Liquid Life Joint Care with Collagen consumed everyday ensure a healthy balance. Feeding the body with the proper nutrients, may offer it the possibility to heal itself without any problem.

Even though most of the people in the world wearing sunglasses for the fashion purpose, sunglasses were in fact designed for protecting our eyes against UV Rays produced by the sunlight.
In general, there are 3 different kinds of Ultra Violet Radiation. The first one is the UVC rays. These rays are absorbed mostly by the upper atmosphere and it seems there are no reasons to be concerned with them. The second one is the UVA ray. Our eyes directly absorb the UVA rays. However, there is a little or no evidence that these rays may lead to any kind of eye disorders. The last one of the ultra Violet Rays is the UVB rays and they are supposed to be the most horrible rays that can damage to our eyes easily. Research conducted by the Sunglass Association showing that people who wear sunglasses on a regular basis, are less likely to get cataracts later in their lives.
Therefore, whenever you choose a pair of sunglasses, make sure that they have indications on them so that they can protect from ultra violet rays. Sunglasses are very useful and can provide 100% of the Ultra Violet protection that we needs. Thus, in case you have any question regarding the level of protection that your sunglasses provides, you can simply take them to your optometrist and they can put them on a tool which can tell how much Ultra violet rays can be absorbed from your sunglasses.
Sunglasses come in two types which are non-prescription and prescription sunglasses. They both can also benefit the eye by protecting them from the sunlight. The tint on a pair of sunglasses is irrelevant to the protection that it offers.
Hence, children as well as adults are advised to wear sunglasses whenever you have any outdoor activities. Since the ultra violet ray can easily occur over time, it is very important to protect your valuable eyes at an early age. Also, the eyes of children are supposed to be more sensitive than adult’s. The main point is that while wearing sunglasses is a fashion statement, they indeed have a special function to protect your eyes from the sunlight.

Typically, the online consultant uses an email autoresponder to notify new contacts that their request for a job quote has been received. The message that the recipient gets looks something like this:
Thank you for contacting COMPANY X. Your request has been received. We will be contacting you in 24-48 business hours with a response to your query.
This type of autoresponder lets your contact know his email message was delivered. Great!
But what about what happens AFTER you make contact with a potential client, and you leave the ball in their court but they don’t respond within the anticipated timeframe?
If you don’t have a live human being to do your follow-up dirty work, perhaps an autoresponder is the next best thing. Don’t use the one that came with your Microsoft Outlook account. Instead, utilize the power of your list management system - the same one you use to send out your ezine and other promotions that reach your audience via autoresponder messages.
Here’s how it could work. The potential client initiates a discussion; the two of you talk. Project details are covered, a price is stated that the customer appears comfortable working with.
A week goes by, and no further word from the prospect. You would call him if you had the time or manpower, but another, more proactive group of clients has your attention right now.
What if that autoresponder service we talked about could issue a gentle nudge that lets your future clients know you’ve made them a scheduling priority and are politely waiting to fit them into your brimming work schedule?
If you already use an autoresponder system such as KickstartCart.com, you can easily start a new autoresponder list called PROSPECTS. (This is a separate list from the people who signed up for your email newsletter. You don’t want to confuse the two groups.)
Set up your autoresponder so that the message gets automatically sent after one week of adding the contact name to your list.
Craft your message so that it reads similarly to this one:
‘You are receiving this automated reminder because you inquired about copywriting work from Wordfeeder.com. Spots are filling up fast for the upcoming work week. Please email Dina@Wordfeeder.com to confirm your project. If you have already scheduled copywriting for this date, you may disregard this email. We look forward to helping you grow your business!’
Additionally, you may wish to reassure your future clients that this is the ONLY reminder notification you plan to send out (so they know you’re not spam-happy). And while you’re in touch, why not invite them to sign up for your ezine if they haven’t already? (This will corral them on to a more permanent contact list.) Include the link to your subscriber form directly in this email notification.
Sounds like a decent way to keep in touch with people who show interest in your services, without taking up many hours of your busy day, and without being too pushy. If you set up this system for your business, let me know if it brings you success!

After another stellar year that saw home prices continue to climb and sales of existing homes smash one record after another, there seems to be little disagreement among economists, builders and real estate execs that Canada?s hot housing market is finally due for a protracted slowdown in 2006. But amidst widespread reports of a bursting housing bubble south of the border, many homeowners and potential homebuyers in this country are wondering exactly what the nature of an impending slowdown in Canada will be? In particular, will house prices tumble like many high-flying technology stocks did back in the year 2000?
Fortunately, the answer is a resounding ?no?. That?s because fundamental factors like solid affordability, and strong job and income growth have been responsible for much of the robust housing activity on this side of the border, in contrast to the excessive speculative buying evident in many major U.S. markets. This is a key reason why national home price gains of around 9 per cent in Canada, have been much slower than the double-digit gains seen in the United States. It is also a key reason why a ?correction? in Canada?s housing market will not be necessary.
Instead, housing demand in Canada is likely to gradually cool down to a more sustainable pace in 2006. That?s partly because borrowing costs are expected to only gently rise this year but remain low from an historical perspective. Meanwhile, high levels of immigration and net migration into major urban centers of Canada are expected to continue strongly supporting new homebuilding. So while housing starts are expected to simmer down from 223,900 units in 2005 to about 195,000 in 2006, they will still be at very robust levels relative to their long-term average of about 175,000 units per year.
Slightly softer housing demand together with a relative improvement in the supply of available homes should also help to unwind the generally tight conditions underscoring most Canadian housing markets in the last few years. This improved balance between supply and demand will ultimately mean that the growth of home prices will cool down to a more sustainable pace ? around the low- to mid-single-digits over the next two years. In short, although Canada?s housing market is poised to come off its peak in 2006, the slowdown will simply amount to what economists deem a ?soft landing.?
Is it still a good time to buy?
Whether they are looking to buy for the first time, or they are looking to trade up, many potential homebuyers may be wondering whether 2006 will still be a good time to buy a home. Of course, the answer typically depends on a host of factors including one?s personal financial and lifestyle situation. But generally speaking, a soft landing in the housing market should result in favourable conditions for prospective homebuyers for two reasons. First, although borrowing costs are expected to move slightly higher this year, their impact will be partly offset by healthy disposable income growth along with a slower rate of home price appreciation. As a result, housing affordability will still remain extremely attractive from an historical basis. For example, the percentage of household income needed to service the costs of home ownership is expected to mildly erode to about 30.4 per cent this year from about 29.9 per cent in 2005, but that is still considerably better than the average rate of 32 per cent over the 1990?s.
Second, a better balance between buyers and sellers in 2006 means that prospective homebuyers will find themselves in a stronger position to negotiate on prices compared to the past few years. That?s because buyers will have a bigger and more varied selection of homes from which to choose from given the greater number of available listings coming onto the market in 2006. Consequently, buyers will have the luxury of taking more time to find a home that is right for their needs, without fear of either losing out to another buyer due to a potential bidding war or simply being priced out of the market because they waited a little while longer to make a decision.
Homeowner wealth will remain intact
Over the last few years, the swift pace in which house values have risen has far outstripped the pace at which mortgage debt has been growing. As a result, the amount of equity that most Canadians have built up in their homes, defined as the market value of their residences minus their mortgages, has grown for five straight years after trending downward over most of the 1990?s. Correspondingly, rising home prices have been a big reason why the net worth, or wealth, of Canadian households has grown by over 20 per cent during the same period.
Given this development, it is not surprising that many people believe a house is one of the best investments they?ll ever make. Over a lifetime, they would probably be right especially since every penny made on a principal home can be pocketed as these gains are not taxed when they are realized. That said, many long-time homeowners who have experienced previous housing cycles can also tell a story or two about how a home can also be the most expensive mistake one could make, should a homeowner be forced to sell when prices are down.
The good news is that as Canada?s housing market slows this year, the wealth that existing homeowners have recently accumulated should remain as safe as the foundations on which their homes are built on. As we noted above, that?s because the expected slowdown in housing activity should merely result in a better balance between supply and demand. As a result, house price gains can be expected to slow to a more sustainable rate, with the likelihood of outright prices declines very slim in most major markets of the country.
But while the short-term situation for housing prices still looks favourable, what about the longer term? In particular, some observers have expressed concerns that as the leading edge of the large baby boom generation approaches retirement, housing prices could collapse as this group increasingly unloads their family homes to a smaller pool of younger buyers. While no one can forecast the longer-term with complete accuracy, it is important to keep in mind that not all baby boomers will be retiring at the same time. That?s because this demographic group currently spans in age from just above sixty, down to forty years old. So while many older boomers may be pondering retirement in the next few years, their younger counterparts with growing families will still be looking to trade-up to larger homes. This should help to keep the housing market broadly in balance and therefore keep prices stable over the next decade.
It is also important to note that even as older boomers start to retire, they will not give up on homeownership right away. In fact, the fastest growing segments for homeownership are those above 65 and boomers will certainly not reverse this trend given their high levels of wealth. Consequently, aging boomers are likely to only reshape the types of housing that is in demand over the next two decades but they are unlikely to cause a deep contraction in overall home prices.

It is political season, and incumbents will try anything to save their jobs.
This year, unfortunately, is just another example of politicians stopping at nothing to win their re-elections. There are several races in this year?s election where a third party candidate could steer the election results in one direction or the other. One perverse example is the Pennsylvania senatorial campaign between Republican Sen. Rick Santorum and Democratic challenger Bob Casey.
The embattled incumbent?s campaign has instructed donors to support Green Party candidate Carl Romanelli in his election bid. In some polls, Casey is ahead of Santorum by double digits, according to an article in Wednesday?s USA Today. Some polls, however, show the gap narrowing and Democrats fear that Romanelli will ?siphon? votes away from Casey and allow Santorum to be re-elected.
Santorum?s campaign hasn?t denied the support, with spokeswoman Virginia Davis saying that the campaign ?encouraged those who inquired to help with the Green Party effort.? Davis went on to say that the campaign welcomes ?Romanelli?s entry into the race because at least he?s expressed a real interest in being up front and honest about where he is on the issues.?
Spare us the spin, Ms. Casey. The Santorum campaign is supporting Romanelli because he may help Santorum win re-election, not because he?s expressing a real interest in being up front and honest on issues. Democrats, while thinking that they have a legitimate complaint, should bite their proverbial tongues, because third party candidates have helped their embattled incumbents win Senate re-election several times in the past decade, according to the USA Today article written by Kathy Kiely.
In 1998, a Libertarian candidate helped Harry Reid of Nevada to win re-election. In 2000, Maria Cantwell of Washington held on because of a Libertarian candidate and in 2002, Tim Johnson?s reelection in South Dakota was influenced by a Libertarian candidate, according to Richard Winger, who monitors minor-party campaigns for his newsletter, Ballot Access News, who was quoted in Kiely?s article. Libertarian candidates generally take votes away from Republican candidates while Green candidates do the same to Democrats.
What?s the bottom line? Democrats and Republicans alike don?t care about third party candidates unless they have the potential of keeping the other party out of office. When a third party candidate can take votes away from a Democrat, the Democrats will be annoyed and vise versa. This is no big surprise.
Indirect influence of third party candidates in an election is ok, but all out supporting a third party candidate just shows how weak the incumbent is, in this case Santorum. If Santorum skipped the political bull and actually ran on the issues, he wouldn?t have to support a third party candidate. Democrats shouldn?t cry foul, however, because they would do the same thing. It?s all about winning re-election, so anything goes, including jumping across ideological lines.

Today Google Inc. launches a new news archive search that allows you to search and explore historical archives and create timelines to view the results from particular time periods.
The news search archive appears on the Google News homepage. ?Archive listings also will be featured on the bottom of the regular Google Search results page within the next few days?, said Anurag Acharya, a Google distinguished engineer.
When you do a search you can either search using ?Search Archives? or ?Show Timetable?. The ?Search Archives? feature will search and attempt to rank the results based on the relevance of the history event being searched so that the articles that would be of interest to the user will be displayed first. Google takes into account the full text of each article, the publication in which the article appears, how often the underlying event has been referred to or described, in what manner and by whom. The ?Show Timetable? will organize the articles by year and will flag certain key years related to the event being searched for easy viewing.
Some major publications that have been archived and are being searched are the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Time magazine.

This should be a question that everyone asks himself or herself. What is in my marketing arsenal? Let’s first talk about what a marketing arsenal is.
An arsenal as defined by http://www.nps.gov/prsf/history/glossary.htm is a building or establishment for manufacturing, storing, repairing, and issuing arms and ammunition.
A marketing arsenal defined by me is a ‘database’ that includes all of my techniques and tactics for making money online.
My marketing arsenal isn’t technically a ‘database’. It’s a folder on my computer labeled ‘Marketing Arsenal’. Inside this arsenal, I have other folders with different labels like:
List Building Traffic Generation Adsense Revenue Niche Research Product Creation
? and a few other ones. Inside each of these folders are step-by-step plans, techniques, resources, and the like that help me to make money online.
For instance in my List Building folder of my Marketing Arsenal, I have templates that I have used to build successful landing pages, plans to help me create these sites for maximum subscriber conversions, a few ebooks that I refer back to on list building over and over again, and a few other things.
Now every time I want to build a new list, tweak an existing list so that I can get more subscribers, I open up my Marketing Arsenal go into my List Building folder and everything I need to know and use is right there at my finger tips.
So, that’s why you need to ask yourself. What’s in my marketing arsenal? If you said I don’t have one, it’s time for you to get started on building one. All you have to do is create a new folder on your computer somewhere and name it ‘Marketing Arsenal’.
Now what is it that you want to do? Let’s say it’s get traffic to a brand new site you have created. Then inside your marketing arsenal folder create a new folder called ‘Traffic Generation’.
Now open up your word processing program and create a new document and save it as TrafficPlan inside this folder. Right out a plan of action and save it again. Don’t know where to start? Then it’s time for you to start researching. Read articles, ebooks, blogs or whatever it takes to start finding ways you can drive traffic. Record all your findings in your TrafficPlan document.
While you’re researching if you find resources on getting traffic that you want to refer back to, just save them to your Traffic Generation folder.
Once you’ve done all your research, it’s time to take action. Start with the first technique. Use it. Does it work? How well did it work? Record all of this in your TrafficPlan document.
Overtime you will be an out of this world Marketing Arsenal that will allow you to do anything and everything you want! I wouldn’t take a million dollars for my marketing arsenal because it has the potential to make me millions of dollars, and with time and focus you could have a million dollar marketing arsenal too!
