What do multilevel marketers and international terrorists have in common? Well, if you consider how multilevel marketing companies work with their down line and their sponsors you can begin to see how an international terrorists cell is similar in structure to those who participate in multilevel marketing.

Now that is not to say that all multilevel marketing people are international terrorists, what I am getting at it is that they operate in the same way. Perhaps the efficiency that is seen in multilevel marketing might provide some grounds to study in order to defeat international terrorist sells.

All the level marketing companies work from country to country without borders and so do international terrorists. In multilevel marketing companies they also have sponsors who indeed offer advice and support to those in the group using mentoring practices. You ever been tricked into attending a multilevel marketing sales recruiting meeting? It starts out something like this; “I have this great new business I want to explain to you and you to be very good at it because you have all the right personal qualities.” As soon you go to meeting you find out all the great reasons why someone needs to do their own business.

They talk about Ray Crock from McDonald’s and all the great entrepreneurs of all time. They talk about your income, retirement and the fact that Social Security will not be available to you. They tell you about 95 percent of the people are either dead or broke at age 60 and that this awaits you unless you do something and take action in your life.

Of course this whole time you are thinking yes, yes, yes and then they ask you if you might be interested in the business of your own, which will prevent this from happening to you. Pretty sneaky isn’t it? Interesting considering that they haven’t even told you what the business is yet or what you will be doing or what your mission is. What a bunch of crap.

Now then, did you know that international terrorist cells use the same methods to recruit people of lower IQ. They look for weak individuals with no self-esteem who are afraid of the future and then they play upon those fears in order to recruit them. They even have sponsors and the sponsors help the new recruits by pumping them up and telling them about their part of the greater cause now.

Eventually they convince the international terrorist recruit to commit to strapping a bomb to themselves and blow themselves up. Of course only a moron would do that or someone who has no manhood. But the recruit does not even stop think that he is merely being used. There are so many similarities to how these multi-level marketing companies and international terrorist operate indeed. You can help prevent running cramps by performing exercises that create change in your program. By this I mean doing things that aren’t part of the normal routine – mixing it up, if you will. A by-product of this training is that it is sure to enhance running power, speed and performance.

Following are some suggestions to add to your training program. The idea is to get the muscle fatigued in different ways:

1) Tempo training – work on getting your stride rate up to 180 per minute. This is a must for all runners.

2) Interval training – involves training such as ‘Fartlek’ where you vary your speed during an exercise period of around 45 minutes. Developed by Swedish Coach Gosta Holma, Fartlek translates as ‘speed play’.

3) One-leg squats – the benefits of learning to squat with one leg include more strength, flexibility and muscular coordination.

4) Hill training – my favourite and very applicable for people who suffer running calf cramps and especially if you plan on racing on a hilly course. Racing on hills is almost guaranteed to cause leg cramping, particularly in the latter stages of an event. This is because of the high workload placed on a small muscle group.

5) Running with a weighted vest or pack.

6) Hill training with a weighted vest or pack.

7) Soft sand running – ideal to develop strength in the feet and calves.

Combinations of the above – for example, perform interval training while running up a sand hill using hand weights.

You can also focus on different aspects more or less at different times of the year. For example, I prefer to do a lot more soft sand running and hill work in the cooler months.

All of these running-specific exercises will improve your running strength and your calf strength and endurance making them more resilient when it comes to the big race or event.

And if you’re a very experienced runner, then incorporating some more varied sessions can not only help you with leg cramps, you can use it as a way to actually reduce the distances you run in training and still maintain the same times or go even faster.

This kind of goes against what most people think, however I’m of the firm opinion that as we get more experienced, less is better.

And if you take a look at many of the older Olympic athletes, they sure don’t train the distances they trained when they first started out. They use competition, appropriate rest and specialised training sessions as the basis of their plan.

For other sports, you could talk with your coach and team mates and design training games that focus on and mimic some of the most difficult physical movements demanded of your body.

Ideally this type of training should form around 20 to 25% of your routine – any more and you could start to sacrifice speed for strength.

Monitor the results over a period of 6 months and be flexible in terms of how you construct your training plan

In the United States of America the illegal immigration problem is growing and some say there are 12 million illegal aliens in our country and over 6 million overstayed visas. The way I see it that means 18 million illegal aliens. However some are saying the grand total is more like 24 million and we see that in the Arizona prison system alone there are over 38 percent of the prison population being illegal immigrants. Our federal prisons have over 33 percent illegal aliens.

Many people are still complaining about the Anchor baby problem and you may not know this but over 80 hospitals in California have gone out of business because they can no longer afford to deliver babies for free. Yes the problem really is that bad and what is our government doing about it? Well, it appears every time at the issue comes up our Congress and Senate go on vacation.

That is rather convenient isn’t it and do you know why? Because this is a controversial issue and no politician wants to do what is best for America, they would rather do what is best for their political future. That may be good for them but that is not good for the American people.

If we do not salt our illegal immigration problem now before the next big Mexico City earthquake then we might have another 20 million illegal aliens from Mexico alone. And if we open the floodgates you will not believe how he people want to come to rich America for a better life.

And with Social Security and our health-care system the way it is now we will not be able to afford this and it could perhaps collapse our economy or worse separate our classes so much that we end up with the Civil War in 20 years. Consider this in 2006, as I already have.

Every year, millions of people worldwide are affected by allergies to particular foods. Should the United States of American build a fence along the US-Mexican Border to prevent illegal immigrants, drug dealers, gang members and illegal aliens from sneaking in? Some say we should and some major politicians too.

Yet some warn of history and what happens when you put up walls on borders? Things are therefore pretty bad and some ask how to any worse? Well simple if a new president of Mexico gets elected who is very much a socialist and some say an outright communist.

That could spell disaster for U.S. Mexican relations and it could lead to a real conflict as everyone knows that socialism and communism don’t work, as they drive people down instead of build people up. That means a further separation of classes in Mexico and even more people will want to come to United States of America. Consider this in 2006.
