Anti-Aging - Part 8-The Sun is for the Birds

Even routine can have a role with the anti-aging agenda. Most bird life and many non related God made animals experience a daily or weekly change to daily rising and bedtime. There exists a routine within the varying changes to sunrise and sunset that provides a special time for thanksgiving, food gathering, consumption, communication and praise. This timely variation may increase the length of daylight by up to 3 hours in some areas between the summer and winter seasons.

As the higher being man’s schedule has often been criticized as being too regulated, regimental and contradictory to his superior status.

What has often been forgotten is that the Father has promised that He will provide the essentials of food, clothing and shelter. For perfect fulfillment this will require a level of faith, trust and expectation from the recipient which will come through a job, an assigned task or specific calling. Neither the food nor the new black coat will fall out of the sky.

Man has an important part to play which requires complete belief, trust and faith in the Promise. The job is essential as the vehicle or tool to be used for basic provision. The importance of this requires daily attendance, specific arrival time and healthy strength of spirit mind and body to complete the daily requirements. For this He would recommend a daily rising at a specific non changing time provided by the regulated ringing of the alarm clock.
