How to Write a Brand New Ebook, Quickly and Easily

Perhaps you have written several ebooks, and are thinking about writing another, but are hesitating because you remember the time it took to write the first one. Or maybe you have never written an ebook because you feel overwhelmed by the task. You think it would takes months or years, and you simply aren?t sure where to begin.

Regardless of the category you fall into, I challenge you to try this method. It will quickly and easily produce for you a quality product in an amazingly short period of time.

Follow these steps:

1) Decide on your topic. If you already know, skip this step. If not, write down a list of all the things you know enough about to teach someone else, and that you have the willingness to learn some more about. Take that list to a keyword inventory tool like the one Overture uses, and find out which of your topics gets a high number of keyword searches online. Narrow this list down to about two or three possible topics that get a lot of searches. Next, search for forums online that are related to these topics and spend some time reading the posts. You should very quickly be able to discern where the most interest lies. Then, make a decision! You can always write the other ebook later! Indecision is one of the great limiting factors online.

2) Write a list of twenty topics that are related to your main topic. These will be your chapters.

3) Write a list of 10 ideas related to each of your topics (so you will have a total of 200 ideas, 10 for each topic).

4) Begin writing. Simply write 1-3 paragraphs about each of the ideas you listed in step 3.

5) When you are finished writing on each of these topics, organize them and make sure that they flow naturally from one idea to another.

6) Write an introductory chapter, briefly touching on some of the main topics about which you have already written.

7) Write a closing chapter, giving your readers reminders about the practical things you have taught that they can go out and apply in their own lives.

8) Proof read your ebook. Have at least 2 other people read it, and take their suggestions seriously enough to read over what they question, but not seriously enough to rewrite significant portions of the book. There has to be balance here. You see, you want a readable, easy to understand book with no grammar and spelling errors, but if you try to make the book all things to all people, you will never publish it.

9) Go to adobe?s web site and upload it to a PDF for free. They give you 5 free trial conversions, so take advantage of the service.

Now you have your first (or next) ebook!

How To Make Money On The Internet

In many respects, the Internet is very much like the early days of the gold rush. There is a lot of money to be made in unchartered territory.

And as many marketing experts will tell you, one of the best ways to make money on the Internet is by producing your own product and then selling it.

However, if you’ve ever entertained this idea, you know that it can be quite daunting. For example, in producing your own product, you may have to consider how to acquire the raw materials for your product, the packaging of your product and the overhead, all of which can be very expensive and can eat away at any profits that you might make.

All of these considerations, and more, can be enough to turn off a lot of people from the idea of making money by producing their own product.

Another idea for making money on the Internet is through your creative talent or skill. For example, if you have programming skills, you could make money by producing a useful script or software and then selling it. Or, if you have web design skills, you might consider making money by offering web design services.

The problem with these ideas, however, is that not everyone has a skill or talent that they can market on the Internet.

In this case one great way to make money on the Internet is to produce your own e-book.

E-books are great products to sell because, as a digital item, you never have to worry about acquiring raw materials, nor do you have to worry about shipping or overhead costs.

Another benefit of producing your own e-books is that you can sell it over and over again and never have to worry about replenishing your stock.

If the idea of producing your own e-book appeals to you but you worry that you may not have the skill nor the time to do your own writing, then the best solution would be to hire a ghostwriter to write the book for you.

Quite simply, a ghostwriter is a writer that writes for other people in that person’s name. And by hiring a ghostwriter, you eliminate the hassles of researching and writing the topic yourself. Instead, your ghostwriter can handle all of these tasks for you. And depending on the arrangement you make with the ghostwriter, he or she may even provide you with pictures and graphics to go along with your e-book, as well.

Finding a ghostwriter, however, is not always easy. Luckily, there are sites like elance.com, rentacoder.com and rentaghostwriter.com that specialize in offering ghostwriting services.

The advantage of using a site like RentAGhostWriter.Com as opposed to other sites is that it is a completely free resource for finding ghostwriters - thus saving you time and money in the long run.

At RentAGhostWriter.Com you can outsource your e-books or any other writing project in the Marketplace to a ghostwriter at reasonable prices. Writers will then compete for your writing job to give you the best price possible.

Once your ghostwriter has completed your e-book, you will have a finished product that’s all your own. The only cost to you would have been the fee you paid to your ghostwriter. However, in no time you should be able to recover your costs and then you will have a product that you can sell over and over again without ever having to replenish your stock.

Been Taken by Enough E-books? What Makes Holly Mann’s Any Different?

(and How to get Holly Mann?s ebook for Free)

I don?t know about you, but I am a true skeptic when it comes to ebooks touting ?online money making secrets? because most are just a bunch of junk. I have been TAKEN by enough slick sales pitches to know that I should: proceed with caution!!

So what makes Holly Mann?s ebook Breakthrough Money-Making Secrets Revealed any different? Holly Mann is a 24-year old woman who has created a nice living for herself online and in a very short amount of time. She went from $0 to $12,000 per month in just four months, and her book shares not only how she did it, but how a newbie can too.

What seems different about Holly is her approach: it?s honest, practical, and down to earth. Unlike so many ebooks or online schemes I have purchased, Holly doesn?t try to sell you a new tool on every page, or make you feel like you?ve ?just been slimed?, or tell you to ?do? anything slimy. Her book speaks to both the novice and more experienced marketers, and even Roger Zimmerman of www. pickaguru .com says he learned a thing or two from Holly?s book that he plans to try. In fact, Zimmerman has named this book by Holly Mann as his number one substitute for Rich Jerk, which is nice because Holly?s book is half the price!

That must feel pretty good for Holly because she purchased the book Rich Jerk and realized she knew many of those techniques already, plus she had a few in her own pocket which Rich Jerk didn?t mention. So she put her methods to work and decided to share them for much less than the cost of buying Rich Jerk.

Here is my honest evaluation of Breakthrough Money-Making Secrets Revealed, by Holly Mann.

First Things First: Does it Work?

Within a day of buying Holly?s book, I tried just a couple of things in those first 2 chapters and in less than 30 minutes of my time, I made back the money I spent. It took about 24 hours from action to income, but it was so easy?it?s kind of like I got her ebook for free.

Would I Tell My Mother to Buy It?

No. Like many people who want to ?work from home? my mother has no idea of how to be an Internet marketer and wouldn?t even know what an Internet forum is, let alone where to find one. This book is for someone who isn?t looking for a work from home ?job? and someone a little savvier than to pursue online surveys as a means of income. (not that my Mom would, but?you get the idea)

Is Holly Mann?s Book For The Yet-To-Be-Successful Online Marketer?

I give this book a THUMBS UP for someone who at least somewhat familiar with working online and navigating the web. Although it would not be my ?first? recommendation for a total Internet newbie, Holly does start off her book as if speaking to someone is IS new to the web. She takes just enough time to define terms like ?affiliate program? and ?page rank? and ?backlinks? without putting the more advanced reader to sleep. She gives the reader two full chapters of tips for making money online immediately without even having a website. All of the information is basic but not boring, practical and easy to implement. She gives the reader plenty of direction for making money online without spending money starting immediately, and for this, I give roaring applause.

What?s Lacking for This Audience?

On a couple of occasions, the book will give a tool or a tip in a later chapter that may be a better option than those listed in a previous chapter. As an example, Chapter 3 talks about website design and getting a website for free or cheap, but much later in the book Holly gives reference to another (good) free template resource. This is probably just an issue of editing, but it does occur in a few places and someone who is likely to?read, implement, read, implement? may be disappointed later to find a better resource than one they have already chosen. On this note, I suggest taking the time to read through the entire book and highlight items for later reference.

The other disappointment is that ?some? tools suggested are too expensive for someone just getting started. For the most part, this book will give several options free or very inexpensive resources for the user, but on a couple of items Mann is so passionate about the effectiveness of the tool she is recommending that no alternative is offered.

Is this Book For The More Experienced Marketer?

Absolutely, THUMBS UP. Even someone who has been online for a while should pick up some hints and tips from Holly that they may not have known. The book definitely goes beyond the newbie in it?s Internet marketing strategies, and unlike so many other books available, you will find it refreshingly free of ?sharkiness?.

Anything Else Wrong With this Book?

The final chapters on Drop Shipping and Ebay advertising are more like ?tips? than chapters, although the pointers are great. If dropshipping is your goal, buy Holly?s book for Internet Marketing and seek other resources for learning how to manage your dropship business. Other than that? It would be great if there were page numbers. The book is well-organized into chapters and nice table of contents, but lacks page numbers. This is uncommon in ebooks, I know, but they sure save time!!

Overall ?. I say go out and get it!!! It will be well worth your tiny investment, especially if you use it and get your money right back like I did.

Finding the Hottest Selling eBooks on eBay

While many sellers spend all their time selling their current eBook inventory on eBay, others try to locate the hottest selling eBooks first through copious research. The most important research an eBook seller can do on eBay is to find out what eBook topics are hot sellers, and then get them for you to resell. This doesn?t mean you have to buy resellers rights copy of hot eBooks, it just means you should track sales to see what would be good for your customers.

eBay is a great place to do market research on eBook sales. The more you know about what sells online, the better you are able to locate potential hot selling topics. The most effective way to find the best selling eBooks on eBay is by doing a completed listings search.

The completed listings search is a great tool to find out what people are in the market for when it comes eBooks. Since many eBook offers on eBay are listed as a buy it now option, it can be a great challenge to figure out what eBooks are big sellers online, and what ones aren?t from active listings. By doing a completed listings search, all sales are outlined in an easy to read green font, and all the unsold items are in red.

Simply click on the search button at the side task bar of your eBook results page on eBay. Make sure to check the box that indicates you want to search completed listings only. Once you have located this option, click search, and being looking through the listings.

To find the hottest selling eBooks simply grab a pen, and a pad, and make some notes about what genres of eBooks seem to be selling the most. Make a few notes about what to sell, and what not to sell. After going through abut 10 to 15 pages of completed listings on eBay, you should have an idea of what topics are the most popular.

Now go back through the listings and try to discover what the best price is to sell your eBooks on eBay. If the prices aren?t consistent for the eBooks sold on eBay, try to find a middle ground price that would be good for your product.

Another point I would like to make is if your eBook turns out to be a dud and does not sell well don?t give up on it. Simply sell the eBook as a store inventory item. This only costs pennies per month and adds to your inventory.

Organize Your eBook for an Easy Read

Every successful non-fiction book, including e-books have a set structure. Readers enjoy easy-to-read maps to guide them through your book. They love consistency. It is disconcerting and unprofessional if you change formats throughout the book.

You must create an outline to structure your chapters and then fill in the blanks as you work on your book. The best non-fiction books have a set structure to house each chapter. Use repeating elements in each chapter. Your readers will love knowing generally what to expect in each chapter and reward you by reading your book from start to finish. Your consistency, your focused, themed copy will keep your reader reading to the end because it’s easy to read.

You should organize your chapters before writing with a table of contents, chapter title, brief quote, introduction, list of supporting points, and a brief summary.

Selecting Your Saleable Topic

Choose a topic that people are hungry for information and you have a passion for. Either you already know a wealth of information about this topic or its one you want to find out more about.

Interested in helping people get financially fit? You could research the latest financial plans, get out of debt plans and/or budgeting plans to see if they work. Develop at least 8-10 questions people want the answer to in getting financially fit.

Interview 10-15 people and you will have an interesting survey, interviews and testimonials to put into your solutions oriented ebook. Post it on the internet and put it in front of the stream of people looking for financial solutions each month.

Develop Your Table of Contents

Begin by developing topic areas for your table of contents. For example, the 8-10 major areas listed in my Creating a Website with Marketing WOW ebook began with this list of topics:

? Giving Your Site a Purpose
? Design Rules to Define Your Website
? Website Dos & Don’ts
? 7 Keys to Winning Website Sales Copy
? Search Engine Optimization Made Easy
? Free to Profit Marketing Strategy TM
? Correct These Website Mistakes and Prosper

The list of topics will become your chapters list or table of contents.

Divide each Chapter Topic into Questions list

The easiest method is to take each chapter topic and list questions your audience needs an answer to. Or if you have a wealth of information, you would simply list 5-8 points to support your chapter topic. A good organization tips is to include these as chapter notes right before the introduction.

That way your audience will have a preview of what’s covered in each chapter. Also, when you are writing you will have a clear guideline as what you need to write next. The Chapter Outlines for the Creating a Website with Marketing WOW ebook developed like so:

Chapter Three
Stellar Web Copy Sells
Sizzle Your Web Copy to Sell Your Service/Product
Wow Website Notes:
? Give Your Copy a Theme
? Capture Interest with Headlines
? Identify and Personalize Benefits
? Help Visitors Visualize
? Power Punch Your Words
? Add Engagement tools
? Make it Web Ready
? Help Your Site Pass Inspection With Your Visitors

If you have any problems coming up with questions to support your chapter topics, visit the discussion forums and support groups in your targeted market.

Commit to a Regular Writing Schedule

You have gotten started. That’s great. Now commit to a regular writing schedule of 30 minutes to one hour. To gain momentum, set a goal to answer at least 3 questions each day from your book.

You might be surprised to discover how fast you can accomplish your book and put it on the market for profit.

Avoid This Speed-Breaker

Many writers and business professionals are perfectionist, including me. But to maintain momentum and complete your book fast, you must avoid premature editing and over-editing. After getting the book out of your head to paper, use one of your regular writing sessions to self-edit your book. Your copy will be compelling and without doubt, if you don’t use the stop and start method of editing.

Don’t wait any longer. Get your e-book done and whiz past all the people that wonder if it can be done and the dream-killers that tell you it can’t be done. Implement the above principles, organize your book and get it written faster than you ever dreamed.

E-book Review - Desperate Buyers Only

Desperate Buyers Only is a e-book for those who want to create their own information product and sell it. One thing make Desperate Buyers Only standing out among other e-books on this subject. This e-book does not focus on the writing skills, but on how to choose topic.

The author, Alexis Dawes, point out the major mistake that most online marketer for information product will make. They develop product for general market, not the specific group of people (called niche) who has a desperate need of a solution to solve their problem. Once you create your e-book for them, they will go directly to your website and pull out their credit card.

How is that possible, you may wonder. Most information product sellers pay 50% of revenue to attract the customers. You will see that’s power of writing for niches.

The e-book consists of 4 major parts.

1 How to choose the topic

Alexis explains why it’s important to find the niche group who have a urgent need of the solution for certain problem. That’s the definition of desperate buyers. She also gives a guideline on how to find them.

2 How to create the information product on the topic you choose

In this section, the author list 4 channels of getting information through Internet. Besides she also provide tricks on writing articles which reader love and want.

3 How to write sales copy and beat your competitors

The author explains her unique 5 point fish hook system in writing sales copy step by step.

4 Detailed case study

General overview

Although the e-book is for information product creator, affiliate marketers will also get great benefit on the part 1, 3 and 4. But this e-book is for advanced Internet businessman. If you are a new man in this industry, I do not recommend this e-book since it’s mainly theory and not many guide for implementation.

The Resell Rights Idea for Ebook Authors

If you are a information product creator who writes Ebooks, you will do very well to leverage your product income and success simply by providing Resell Rights to your product.

Resell Rights brings many income opportunities with it that you can make additional cash from.

With the rise of popularity in Resell Rights for the last few years, a lot of resellers are in a mad hunt roaming the Internet for quality Resell Rights products they can resell to their half starved customers and profit from so this is your chance to take advantage of the phenomenon which is here to stay.

Do it right, and you will enjoy residual income (and if you like, residual reputation, residual leads, residual this and that) without exerting any extra effort on your part when it comes to marketing, just as some of the top product authors are out there.

And I will reveal to you how you can do just that.

The basic Idea With Resell Rights

Quite simply, you sell your Ebook, conveyed with Basic or Master Resell Rights. In a nutshell, Resell Rights gives the reseller the right to resell a product.

There are usually two types of Resell Rights, which are: Basic and Master.

Basic Resell Rights. You have the right to resell the product but your customer does not have the right to resell it to another.

Master Resell Rights. You have the right to resell the product as well as the Basic Resell Rights itself to your customers. Your customers can in turn resell the same book to their customers.

Thus, your Ebook product will appeal to two markets, namely the customers (the consumers) and crazy marketers that have a starving customer list like addicts on cocaine waiting for the next fix.

Customers are only interested in using the information in your product. Resellers, on the other hand, act very similar to any franchisee, whereby they would like to capitalize the advantage of the Resell Rights income opportunity you have to offer with your Ebook with minimal work on their part.

Resellers can only resell Ebooks with Resell Rights. In other words, as long as you convey some form of Resell Rights to your Ebook, resellers are allowed to resell your Ebook and keep 100% of the profits.

You do not need to mind about this as you can count on back-end income as your reseller?s customers can be YOUR customers through your own links and affiliate IDs built into your Ebook In other words you can have their customers become your customers on your mailing list.

And if your resellers would like to have the affiliate IDs in your Ebook to be rebranded into theirs, you can charge them an additional fee for rebranding service.

Why Ebooks and Not Other Types of Digital Products?

For one, Ebooks are still the best-selling digital format on the Internet. Secondly, it is far more practical to insert affiliate links into an Ebook, which is hard or nearly impossible to do with audio/video format.

While you can rebrand affiliate links within a certain software or program, resellers in general favor reselling Ebooks over software.

Warning Read This Before Buying Resell Rights Products

When sourcing for products with Resell Rights, you will want to use this checklist to see if the product fulfills every criteria of a quality product. Remember that if the product is low in quality, regardless of its price, refund rates can be high and I won?t need to tell you about how angry your customers can be.

Can you find the same information for free?
Does the information solve a problem?
Is the information accurate?
Does the information give real answers and not fluff?

It is easy to understand why there are different prices for different brands of a physical product as the price tag can be easily determined by their quality and contents.

Information products are no different, either.

It is pointless (useless, hopeless, you name it) to obtain a quality product with Resell Rights if nobody wants it in the first place.

Is there a ready market for the product? How huge is it? And how would you know if there is a demand for the product, or to be more precise, what the product has to offer?

Usually, the Resell Rights product author should have done the market research for you. However, it won?t hurt to double-check again in case you have doubts about the demand for the product or solutions on the Internet.

If the sales letter is not convincing, it won?t sell no matter how good the product is. I can?t cover the principles of copywriting in this report as it is a broad subject by itself. If you do want more information about copywriting then click the link below and you will find a link in the left hand column that will give you more information from a world class copywriter. However, the best litmus test is to read the sales letter yourself. If it doesn?t persuade you, it won?t persuade your customers, either.

Conduct a quick background check on the product author?s credibility by typing his or her name on the Search Engine. This is crucial as if the author has a bad reputation on the Internet, it will be very difficult to resell products made by him or her.

So what do you do on your part? Study the resell right terms and conditions of the product to learn whether it is crafted in your favor and that it protects your Resell Rights business.

Here are a few things to take note of in the resell right terms and conditions:

What is the minimum/maximum price cap for the product?

Can the product be given away for free or as a bonus to another product you are selling?

Can the product be sold at auction sites such as eBay?

Can the product be sold in printed version?

With a more precise terms and conditions (and no ?in -his-favor?), you know that the product author is serious about protecting both his product and his resellers? business.

Niche Markets Made Simple With Resell Rights

Making in any niche market with resell rights is not hard when you have a systematized formula to follow. It is important to have a strategy in any market where you break it down into do-able tactics so each day you have a sense of achievement. This will give you incentive to carry on your quest with selling resale rights products.

While that first part sounds simple enough the cold hard reality is that very few will follow any sort of formula and quickly abandon their project, shake there hands in the air and say ‘The market is glutted and there is no room for me and resell rights products are trash’ I get assorts of excuses from folk why it didn’t work but I have found it comes down to the simple fact that they never had a strategy in place and a blueprint, a plan of action to follow.

The problem you face is nearly always not the product but rather the marketing. In any niche market place you need to have ‘Customers’ Period! Without customers you will not succeed. Simple as it may sound, the need to build a list is paramount in any Business. As a offline Marketing Consultant I have seen dramatic growth in Businesses that have set to and put together a strategy and built a customer database. This is the primary tactic of selling resell rights products in any Niche Market.

What is so awesome about selling resell rights products in Niche Markets is the fact that the product has already been made for you! But don’t be deceived like so many into thinking you are free from any work at all. A business of any kind without any work is not only a myth but also mostly called a fraudulent scam, but even then those scams take work to set up! It will require some effort on your part to get set up so you can then have it run on autopilot.

One of the most overlooked part of selling resell rights is the need to test and tweak. Just changing one word in the sales letter of your resell rights products may mean the difference of doing okay versus doing really great! Even on your lead capture page where you give away a free report you need to test.

With a plan of action and a blueprint to follow you will find it hard at first if you are not disciplined and focused. But if you stick to a plan of action you will do well selling resell rights products in Niche Markets

Mapping Out Your Plan For Resell Rights

?Failing to plan is planning to fail?, remember? So, let?s start with a plan first! Remember to
get a pen and paper before you continue ? you might be hit by an avalanche of sudden ideas,
especially if you are very creative for your Resell Rights Products.

Find a Niche Market and Fill It

If you have yet to write your Ebook, you MUST start with this step: find an existing demand in the
Internet marketplace. The larger, the better. And better still, people are willing to pay good
money for good information.

I would be lying if I told you to put the importance of your product in front of the demand.

No demand = no sales = why should anybody want your Ebook in the first place, even if it is free?

This equation makes sense, doesn?t it?

Searching out for your niche is a lot easier than you think if you have not guessed it by now.

Use the Overture Search Term Tool here:

http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/

Assuming the product with Resell Rights you are considering, purchase is targeted at weight loss
(hot market by the way), type in the keywords related to the weight loss topic into the Search
box. In about 30 seconds or less, the results will display how many people have searched for that
specific keyword or related in the previous month.

Hypothetically, the more searches, the bigger the demand. You do however need to do more extensive
research which would take too long to explain here…

Here are just some of the many existing hot niches online that I suggest you can go into since
they are on the feeding frenzy and that people are willing to pay for that kind of information!

Dating
Web hosting
Advertising
Domain name
Stock Market
Home Business
Internet Marketing
Photography
Graphics
Pets
Web designing
Self-help
Finance

Preferably, target an existing hot hungry niche market that you are familiar with. And most
importantly, people are willing to pay for it.

Since we have established that Ebook is the best selling digital format and that you should use it
for your Resell Rights business plan, you must ensure that it would be practical to dispense
information in your Ebook for that specific niche market you are catering to. No point selling
Ebooks to blind people when what they want is audio.

For example, it may be practical to dispense professional information and advice in your Ebook on
Internet Marketing, but it would be hard or nearly impossible to teach your reader how to excel in
a certain sport with an Ebook.

*Important: Since you are going to market Resell Rights to your Ebook, it is very likely that you will build an affiliate program (2-tier), MLM, or matrix in your Ebook that links to membership
site or service you either own or are an associate of. Ensure that the niche you are targeting is
practical for that kind of back-end links to recommend to your readers.

For example, you can sell a Ghost Story Ebook with Resell Rights. If the reader is interested in
reading more ghost stories and is willing to pay for it, he can join your membership site where
you send out ghost stories on a regular basis for a monthly fee.
